We offer a return policy on products that are classified as following.

  • Damaged in Transit
    • If damaged, don't accept delivery from the courier and notify our Customer Service Staff via email (orders@edenhealthproducts.com.au).
    • If you have already accepted delivery, and then notice that the product appears to have been damaged in transit, you should notify our Customer Service staff immediately via email.

 

  • Incorrect product - This is in case we shipped the wrong product.
    • In the event that the product shipped is not what you ordered, please notify our Customer Service Staff via email, so that we can organise a return and a replacement can be sent immediately.

 

  • Faulty product
    • In the event that the product you have received is faulty on receipt or develops a fault, you may be able to return it. We require that you inform us of any faulty goods within 2 days of receipt
    • If the manufacturer directs you to return the product to the manufacturer, agent or a third party, then you should arrange for the product to be returned as directed and otherwise in accordance with the manufacturers returns policy. The manufacturer will then organize any refund, repair or replacement payable under the policy.

 

How do I return a product?

If you wish to return a product please do the following:

  • Visit www.edenhealthproducts.com.au & Login with your Username & Password (note: your email address is your username by default).
  • Go to the 'my account' page and then "My Orders".
  • Locate the Order that contains the product(s) that you wish to return.
  • Email us with your order number and the particular product that you are requesting to return.
  • Explain why you wish to return the item(s)
  • Please allow us a day or 2 to assess your request and we will get back to you with further instructions.

 

Returns Policy

We will happily accept the return of any product which is damaged, major faults/defects (including shipping) or does not match the description of what you ordered. Eden Health Products must be contacted via email within 48 hours of receiving your goods and provided with photo evidence for verification. You will be issued a return address of where to send your goods, and they must be received back within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date, in the condition they originally arrived in, to be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. 

We dont accept goods returned to us because of change of mind. Sale goods are non-returnable unless faulty.
